Taccara L. Wright is an Associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group in the Freeport office. She joined the Firm in 2011. Taccara has experience in commercial and civil litigation matters as well as real property transactions.

During her tenure with Firm, Taccara has focused primarily on litigation matters such as personal injury cases, divorces, matrimonial matters, adoptions, and civil and commercial disputes.  She has a particular interest in Employment & Labour matters, including the preparation of employment contracts and the resolution of employment disputes.

Within the real property sector, she has been involved with quieting titles actions, property dispute proceedings, mortgages and conveyancing.

Representative work includes:

  • Assisting lead counsel with collective labour union negotiations;
  • Working as part of a legal team involved with the sale and transfer of a large resort property between two international parties; and
  • Preparing legal documents to support the licensing of a new company involved in production and distribution of alcoholic beverages.
